Must say I like all the drama going on here too ! It shows that you're all really getting into character and reacting exactly the way your PC's would be if they were there in real life.. I remember the original heroes of the lance bickering with each other too in the novels ... just remember, just 'cause the PC's are pissed at each other doesn't necessarily mean the PLAYERS are pissed at each other .. that's always a risk but it's one we can rise above..... I have a bad habit of running goodie two shoes PC's even in evil campaigns, and there was one where my PC was killed off by the "truly evil" fellow PC's - and I had a blast ! Fun-est game ever I throughly enjoyed it ! This is probably an unnecessary warning but I'm throwing it out there nonetheless ...

And their sun does never shine, And their fields are bleak and bare, And their ways are filled with thorns: It is eternal winter there. - Holy Thursday by William Blake
Za'era slowly moves out of the shadow of the statue. She listened for a while and obviously feels uncomfortable that she caused so much trouble and conflicts. She looks down and whispers softly:
"It does not matter if you understand. It does not matter if you know. It does not even matter if you care. What matters is that you do not lure."
She turns toward Adam.
"I am not fighting my blood and ancestry as you do Adam. I am a puppet used by gods to fight their battle. I am not their warrior nor their army. I am their battlefield and as you may know dear friend... " She raises her head and looks at Adam "... it does not matter who wins a battle but the fields will always end up being bleak and bare."
She turns to Rin and a tear runs down her cheek.
"I never had a friend like you. Caring and protective. You are pure chaos but you make me smile. I never want to miss you at my side again. Thank you."
With those words she returns into the darkness she came from siting back down next to Eolaer at the foot of the statue. She closes her eyes as she rests her head on his shoulder.

Rin smiles.
"And I hope we can stay as such for a long time Za'era."

Adam shrugs. "As you wish Rin. Only those who want to learn can be taught."Still not opening his eyes Rin speaks once more in his own voice now. "I knew what I was doing. I crossed as I felt and I could have fell with out worry. As for you being out of touch I do feel so. You are out of touch with what most people would call life. As for old everyone here is old compared to me in the number of years in this world does that make them more experienced than me maybe, maybe not with how I live." He lies back a bit more. "I hope you don't find out why I understand what Za'era is going through. I hope it doesn't get that bad. You could say I'm resisting a pull from a force stronger than you think. I'm sure a certain organization would agree with me. Also if I seem a bit more grouchy than normal you know the week I've had." Rin starts to hum again.

After Sangrias leaves, Adam looks to Rin. "Rin, what is the significance of the white robe?"Rin calls out just moments before Sangrias slips away. "I would ask you something Sangrias. I noticed that cloak please don't bring it out in front of me. I would also prefer if you told me if you are a part of them. Any time you feel like it but I would prefer it be soon."

Adam looks to Za'era sadly. "My words do not help you. "Once I asked for your help. That night in the tavern after that.... vision. I begged you to teach me how you are able to keep so calm and centered. You denied and turned me down. Today I know that your way will not help me Adam. Your pain is not mine nor the other way around. Thank you for your offer. What would help most would be to be treated as an equal." She looks at the monk not in an accusing manner but in a way of asking for help seriously. Adam looks to Za'era sadly. "My words do not help you. Rin still talks with his eyes closed.
"It's a long story. I was just given a lot of advice to stay out of their way and avoid them as much as possible. I might tell you some other time either out of earshot or when I fully trust Sangrias. If you want to know sooner I would recommend asking me when we are alone."

Za'era arches an eyebrow.
"What I respect or not is my choice. Stop ordering me around male. Go back to hell and order people around there if you want or your wife but you better stop pissing me off monk. I do not let you threaten me anymore. I tried to get along with you but you do not move an inch to meet half way. I do not care anymore if you stay or leave. Just stay out of my way and stop behaving like an asshole to everyone."
She slaps Adam across the face.
"You are disgusting."

"As you wish."With that, Adam leaves through the upper stairs. Za'era arches an eyebrow. "What I respect or not is my choice. Stop ordering me around male. Rin watches Adam leave waits for a few seconds then sighs.
"I'll go get him."
Rin runs after Adam calling to him.
"Hey Adam.... ADAM!"

I'm going to assume this thread is over ... Rin , Sangrias and Za'era, each of you get 40 XP and 40 RP (Adam has left the group) ...
