Ok I said I was going to research this .. mainly because I'm brand new to all these funky (but cool ) divine feats so had to get a bit more familiar with it .. and here's what I came up with Madelaine was right earlier on .... Normally activating any divine feats that call for the use of 1 or more turn attempts is a standard action in the combat round (basically activate feat instead of attack), page 77 Complete Divine book (basically since turning is considered to be a standard or "attack" action they treat the feats that involve turning as the same).... divine retrieval is also a standard turn action (page 62 complete champion)... With regard to the other feats Za'era has however... using reach spell feat does NOT force you to spend an entire standard action on it (page 84 complete divine) can activate at the same time a spell is cast.. imbued healing is applied to a spell at time spell is cast so does not take up standard action.... true believer does not take up standard action... divine might is a free action... divine armor is a swift (free) action. I noted this on Za'era's character sheet on the "feats" section in FG ...
