Lucretia is known to both Serinda and Za'era (see the "Arwyn" thread ) ... Sangrias also identified her as a member of the Brotherhood, the assasin-mage cabal Sangrias used to belong to (and has perhaps rejoined since defecting to the dragonarmies?) ... she kidnapped the hobgoblin brothers Grusk and Trusk, Rin's servants, and read their minds (tricked them to get them to think about what she wanted to hear then used the "detect thoughts" spell to read their minds) , finding out everything the Usk brothers have seen or heard the heroes do ...
Lucreta mentioned to Serinda that Lucretia was a former Black Robe (wizard) who has gone rogue and is no longer a sanctioned member of the Tower of High Sorcery, no doubt due to the fact she is training her assassins how to use the sorcerous arts.. normally once said pupil reaches a certain level of power the Tower insists they go through the Tower's " Test" (that is if the arcane spellcaster can cast 3rd or higher level spells), something her students are presumably not doing.
