Draug's head bobs up and down to the beat of Formans song as he sings "Arf aroo bark arff ruff ruffa ruffa bark arooooooo"
Stoping mid song Draug sees Christania advancing towards Forman. Knowing where this is heading Draug is seen casually skidding backwards getting ready to view what can only be an interesting show.

As Christina lunges at, he waits until her weight shifts. Then he himself lunges at her, they both seem to spin in the air for a second. When they stop Forman is holding Christina in his arms, his left leg is pointed out behind him and he is bending forward over her. Christina is facing Forman her upper back resting on his bent right knee. Their faces are about an inch apart.  The monk stares at her for a second, then he stands up pulling her with him. Forman says, "Lead me not into temptation. For I know the way quite well, my self" |

Ok it's obvious Forman put a LOT of work into his post above - good job on that by the way love the picture give yourself 15 extra RP points for that !   .. and he's a newcomer to the forums so I'm going to just go ahead and go with what he wrote above the last thing I want to do is to squash that sort of creative effort ...
Just so you know in the future though Forman .. once I start calling for initiative rolls and that sort of thing on the forum you do have to make the roll first before you can succeed in the sort of thing like what you mentioned in your post above .. kind of strange I know not to mention the fact I probably make this whole forum thing very confusing sometimes  , one might think if I'm calling for init rolls shouldn't I be saving this sort of thing for an FG game session?
Sometimes though in the play-by-post thing I have to ad-lib combat - or semi-combat-like-situations like this one  - in this manner ... again no harm done and no offense intended towards you (and if I've given any offense I truly apologize) but I do want you to give you a heads up on this "format" that we use for future reference when I start calling for rolls ) Christania blinks large beautiful blue eyes up at him in surprise then grins and says " Damn you're good ! Quick on your feet huh - I admire that .. " Just means I'll have to try that much harder." She lets her eyes travel up and down his muscular body, smiles in a sultry manner and saunters away swinging her hips after giving Draug one last scratch behind the ears. Laurana looks on at the scene then turns large green eyes to Zane " Good at mediating? GODS yes I had to be ! See what I mean? Just look at how the two of them are ! " Laurana tries to remain quiet, speaking softly into Zane's ear as she gestures towards first Christania's retreating form then Udyr " Both of them act on their impulses without a moment's hesitation ! I'm telling you there's going to be a brawl between those two sooner or later mark my words ! " HIM charm ME ? " Laurana looks at Udyr then at Zane disbelieving .. " If you say so ... and yes lover I DO love a good tickle... WHERE exactly were you going to tickle? " (again if anyone wants to try to pick up on this feel free to make a listen check per the manner I described above ) Laurana smiles up at Zane then says in a louder voice so everyone can hear " Okay so what next ? We've reached the end of the road here - literally " Laurana looks at the vast expanse of snowy mountainside ahead of them ... " Where do we go from here ? Gilthanas and Moons-Shadow are out hunting for food they should be back soon ... speaking of missing people - what happened to Serinda and Rin ? Don't tell me Serinda finally got sick of Rin's comedian-act and froze him alive ? " Laurana gets a worried look on her face. |

Udyr finishes up with one last refugee.
"I'VE HAD ENOUGH! I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR HOURS! THERES NO END! RRRRAAHHHH."
Udyr looks over at Zane, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING JSUT STANDING THERE?!" Then he points at Forman, "AT LEAST HE HAS ENOUGH SENSE TO HELP OUT! GRRRRR!"
Udyr then walks over to Draug, bends down to one knee, pats him on his head, and whispers in his ear, "I have something to show you," then motions over away from the group.

Zane gives Laurana a mischievous smile before saying, "You will find out later." He gives her bum a little squeeze, and his hand drifts a little south before continuing, "But now, it looks like I have to work with what little plants I have left to help some of these people. We should follow the dwarf here, he knows the quickest way to relative safety. And Rin and Serinda were trying slow down the army following us. I don't know what their plan was, but I hope they are safe.."
Zane then reluctantly detaches himself from Laurana before making his way down the line of refugees, giving out plants and herbs to those that he can help. "Follow the dwarf, he knows the way to safety," he calls as he passes groups of people.

Draug's ears perk up as he turns his attention to the two lovebirds Laurana and Zane.

Basically you go to this website :
invisiblecastle.com/roller/
Enter "Forman " for the name, and enter how many dice you need to roll and the bonus .. normally it's one 20 sided dice with a bonus like say 1d20+4 ... you then click on "roll dice".. this takes you to another webpage with the results of your roll .. copy and paste the links it gives you, the one that says "link" and the one that says " bbc code" (or something to that effect) right here on the forum as a post and away you go ) |

Draugs attention averts back to Udyr who had whispered something rather peculiar into his ear. Peculiar because Draug never thought a Druid would have many interesting trinkets to show off given their line of work. Draug grins and wags his tail as he follows Udyr a bright blue glow originates from Draug as the wolf shimmers outside of view and back in as a human.
(elven) "Feel free to use my tent again you two, call it intuition or what you want but I'm sure you guys want to jump each others bones right now." Draug says to Zane Laurana with a wink as he continues to follow the Druid.

Udyr and Draug walk a little ways away from the crowd of refugees.
"Do you remember years ago when you had asked me if I could shapeshift as you do? I couldn't then. As I suspect you already know, Habbakuk has returned. He has gifted me with many great powers. Including this one..."
Udyr's form changes within an instant, and before Draugs eyes stands a bear. The bear stands up to its hind legs and lets out a massive roar.

"See I tells you I tells you Udyr. You pray to Blue Phoenix he help he help yes he help" Draug smiles excitedly.
"Now we nature brothers friend me you spirits of de wood no?"
"Protect forest and deliver from evil yes?"
"You talk normal like bear Draug cant talk in wolf but Draug try. I be getting close Udyr, soon I talk like normal but in wolf"
