Gariss appears as a disheveled human boy in his late teens. Scraggly, dark-brown hair covers his deep brown eyes, which reflect uncertainty back onto the world.
He is quiet, dressed in the faded dress robes of the apprentices of High Sorcery, yet he clutches an unseemly metal club fashioned to look like a tree branch clutching a crystal skull.
He has no animal friends, nor any travelling companions. Indeed, many creatures avoid him and Gariss returns the favor.

Yeah I was looking forward to it too ... malkav was concerned about tension between Adam and other PC's in the group , which is a shame would have loved to see Adam's return since he was such a big part of the campaign and all .. on the other hand it's not good for a DM to push a player into running someone he's not having fun with either and if he wasn't having fun running Adam .. ok going to stop talking now as if malkav565 wasn't in the room - obviously I'm really happy that he's back in the campaign and looking forward to putting his new PC through his paces in the RP sense and otherwise I sent you an e-mail about this malkav but if you can give height, weight, and whether or not he's "cute" (has the default 14 Appearance score for a human) or not that would be great ... I think he's 17 years old right? Awesome last pic here, did you draw this yourself ? I knew you drew the Adam one so that's why I ask Also what color robes? The Tower of High Sorcery has White Robes and Red Robes, guessing he's not a Black Robe

Actually I think Adam might have annoyed Serinda more than Rin . Serinda would probably get a severe talking to each time she killed someone with her magic as it was excessive force. Or her racism towards humans would be a target for Adams.... Monkieness. Yup Mal you should bring Adam back.... Rin needs someone else that he can have fun annoying and to make him less annoying.

Fine with me. I love Adam as a character. I was just concerned about other people. He's very staunch in his views which makes him a lightning rod.
I'll do this - I'll give Adam another shot without Zaera and if it all works out, great. If not, Gariss is ready.

Ok cool - bear in mind Malkav that when we complete the 4th module in the dragonlance series (which we'll be starting this coming Tues Sept 27th), once we finish that module there are two "paths" one can follow .. one path has a group of PC's going through the events described in the "dragons of winter night" novel from the original dragonlance novels by margaret weis and tracy hickman from way back when... the other path has a different group of PC's dealing with the events chronicled in the first part of the "dragons of spring dawning" novel .. remember how the heroes from "dragons of autumn twilight" split up in dragons of winter night into two different groups? Same thing here .. basically most of the players (I haven't hassled pirateking/udyr the druid about this yet but I will as we get closer to the end of the 4th module) already have a second PC written up and when the time comes all the players will decide if they want to do the " dragons of winter" modules first, or the " dragons of spring" modules - they'll also decide at that point if they want to stick with their old character or run the secondary character they've created.. basically if you want Gariss can be your secondary character up to you ... or as you mentioned he can be the fallback PC if you feel Adam isn't working out

Oh, ok. I'll use Gariss to fill the "cleric" slot. I actually have two other characters to fill other slots depending on what other people play.
